Shipping

We currently offer FREE Shipping on orders of $75 USD and we do NOT offer international shipping at this time.

“How long is handling time?”
For in stock items handling time is currently one to three business days. For Custom items the time will vary but we are more than willing to give an ETA. This may be slightly longer depending on the day of the week and any holidays.

“I’m interested in one of your used products, would I be able to get more detailed images to make sure it’s exactly what I’m looking for?”
Yes! Let us know specifically which product you’d like more detailed images of and what details you’d be looking at so we can work with you on this! Since we collect ourselves we understand you want to ensure you’re getting the right product.

Custom Orders

“I’m looking to purchase one of your Custom items, about how long is production time?”
Turnaround time is currently 1 to 4 weeks depending on the item and quantity of the item. When you place the order and give us any necessary details we will give an ETA for how long it should take.

“Do you do Custom Orders where we can possibly ask for it by a specific date?”
This currently isn’t a standard option but you can reach out to us if you’d be interested in doing this. Let us know the details of what timeframe you’d be looking at and we can determine if we can complete your order before that point in time.

“What do I get with a Digital Illustration?”
You will get a .png, a .pdf and a .psd with any varieties of the file upon completion. Standard file size is 8.5″ by 11″ with a 300 DPI resolution unless specified otherwise.
